Third meeting for liver transplant club

Third meeting of doctors members of the liver transplant club was held on Feb 9, 2005 in Beijing University Third Hospital, joined by the hospital leaders, and doctors from general surgery, anaesthesia, ICU, pathology, et al. The emphasis of the meeting was the development of the liver transplant in depth, including minimizing expenses, increasing nursing service level, decreasing long-term complications, completing follow-up of patients, developing living-related liver transplantation and so on. Medium-, and long-term development plans was established in the meeting, also the system of treatment, nursing, and follow-up. The meeting guaranteed the continuous development of the liver transplant center and would help the center in the end reach the international top standard in relatively short time.
