1999----2006 Director of liver transplantation in the third hospital of Beijing university.
Completed more than 200 cases of liver transplantation without any operational death . And the transplant patients had satisfying results. Now, liver transplantation has become a kind of routine operation in Beijing University Third Hospital .
1995----2006 Director of the department of general surgery in the third hospital of Beijing university.
Major research topics are liver transplantation and the surgical treatment of portal hypertension. Also, has obtained lots of accomplishments in the surgical treatment of complicated biliary, gastrointestinal and pancreatic diseases
