- Hegen Generator Technology Service Center is the external service department of the company in charge of pre-sales and after-sales services for final users of the products;
- All Hegen generator equipments purchased from the company and the authorized partners are in the service scope;
- The company provides perfect pre-sales and after-sales consulting for users;
- Provide site training for technicians so that they can normally use and maintain the equipments;
- Provide sufficient spare parts and accessories, and the maintenance engineer will offer technical support at any time;

Service Commitment
- Fault Repair
- The technicians from the service center will repair the equipment since the day receiving the damaged equipment from users in conformity to the principles and process in this Manual. Hegen promises to complete the repair and sent back to the user within 30 days in a bid to guarantee the normal use of the users.
- Establish technical records
- The Service Center will establish the technical records of the users’ equipments, and regularly or irregularly consult and understand the equipment using situations of users so as to offer better services.
- Pay return visit
Pay return visits to the users each year regularly or irregularly to record the opinions and suggestions of users for our products and services.
